Everyday we face ethical dilemmas and changes in our workplace. Dealing with these situations as they arise can be challenging to us in many different ways. With so many scandals (or even minor disturbances) facing us daily, we must understand the importance of ethics in the workplace in order to be a positive influence towards change. This session will explore ethical solutions to everyday situations and look at situations that occur in the workplace that prompt change. We will give you tools that you need to become the Champion of Change!
