Dr. Dan Rousseau

Dr. Dan Rousseau is a training, plans, and operations consultant. He is a retired Supervisory Special Agent with U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA). In his last assignment at the DEA, Dan was assigned as the Supervisory Special Agent in Charge of the Domestic Training Section, Quantico, Virginia. He was responsible for all entry-level Special Agent, Intelligence Analyst, and Diversion Investigator training programs in that capacity. In addition, he was responsible for the oversight and management of the DEA Firearms, Tactical Raids, Defensive Tactics, and other specialized criminal investigations training programs. Dan has led and participated in numerous global counter-drug missions in furtherance of the DEA’s mission. Dan retired from the DEA after 29 years of federal service.
Dan is also a retired U.S. Army Reserve Soldier. In his last assignment, he was assigned as the Chief of Operations at the U.S. Army Terrorism and Criminal Investigation Unit (TCIU), a law enforcement organization under the Secretary of Defense that conducts worldwide investigations of terrorist and war criminals. Dan has led and participated in operations in Southwest Asia and Southeast Asia in furtherance of United States diplomatic, judicial, and military missions. He retired from military service after 25 years of service.
