Barbara Little Owl is a Member of the Standing Rock Sioux Tribe and possess her Master of Business Administration and Accounting. She posses her Human Resource Certification and has over 27 years of experience in Human Resources, Entrepreneurial business, Grants, Finance, Management, Strategic Planning, and Leadership as a Native American woman within and outside of Tribal Nations.
She is a widowed mother of three children and one granddaughter. She works to empower Native Americans and Women daily as well as Single parents.
She loves to hunt and fish and volunteers her time to helping those in need and dedicated to participating in suicide prevention activities.
