Email addresses for Learners (Students) are used as usernames in our registration database. They can only be associated with one specific contact. Using a central/duplicate email for multiple people will cause problems within our database.  It may result in the wrong person being registered for a class or can change important contact information for associated contacts. Using a unique email address will ensure that you receive conference updates and access to TriSec’s interactive and user-friendly mobile conference app! You will be able to access your mobile app profile using the email address you use to register for the conference.

If the student does not have a unique email address, please call (703) 352-2250 option 3 to register by phone.

In April, keep an eye out for an email with exciting details on how to download and access the mobile conference app or web portal.

Yes! Groups of three or more individuals from the same organization are eligible for a 10% discount off the conference tuition rate. To receive a discount, all registrations must be submitted together, at the same time, prior to the registration deadline using promotion code TS2026. We cannot apply group discounts to groups of individuals who do not submit all registrations together. Group discounts may not be combined with any other offers. To take advantage of the group discount simply enter code TS2026 during your online check out.

Confirmation letters are generally sent within 1 business day of registration.

Payment prior to the conference is preferred, however we will be accepting check and credit card payments onsite when you check-in. Prior to the conference, please mail check payments to:

Credit card payments not made online at the time of registration may be made over the phone by speaking with a Falmouth Team Member at (703) 352-2250 option 3.

If your TriSec attendance plans change, please contact a Falmouth Team Member at 703-352-2250 option 3 to cancel or make a substitution. Upon receipt of cancellation, Falmouth Institute will issue a cancellation number. All cancellations must be confirmed with Falmouth Institute at least 3 business days before the start of the conference. Cancellations occurring less than 3 business days from the conference start date will be charged a $75.00 processing fee.  All paid registrants will receive a training voucher/credit note minus any applicable processing fees. This training voucher/credit note will be valid for one year from issue date. Full tuition will be charged to any registrant who does not attend the conference and has not confirmed their cancellation prior to April 21^st.  Substitutions may be made at any time. Please contact a Falmouth Team member to coordinate a substitution.

We’ve negotiated special discounted room rates with Sahara Las Vegas during the conference. A limited number of rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis. When reserving a room, you must mention that you are attending Falmouth Institute’s 2026 TriSec Conference to receive the discounted rate. You must register for the conference before reserving your hotel room. Once registered, additional hotel information and a booking link will be provided in your registration confirmation letter.
